Forget your excuses, and start that workout!
I'm sure everyone has their favorite excuses when it comes to
skipping one (or more) workouts. We have no time. We don't have the mood.
Or we simply don't feel the effects of our efforts.
But if you
listen to these excuses, I can assure you, you won't ever see any results -
not in half a year, and not in one whole year, or any time. It's worth getting over
procrastination and fit regular physical activity into your schedule.
That's the only way to reach your goals.
